As a Banking Specialist in the back office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and processing of banking operations, with a strong focus on Corporate Actions. Your responsibilities will include:<

>Supporting day-to-day back office activities with a focus on Corporate Actions processing and reconciliation
<

>Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of financial transactions in accordance with internal and external guidelines
<

>Acting as an internal liaison between various departments to support client needs and operational efficiency
<

>Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of back office workflows
<
><
>Maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
<

>Providing ad-hoc support in projects related to systems, process automation, or regulatory updates

>Ability to work independently and confidently in a complex operational environment

>Fluency in German is essential; good command of English is required; additional languages are a plus
